Our software is Alamode WinTotal.  Flood Zone Maps are included when available through our subscription service.  Iowa Appraiser is a member of the Des Moines Association of Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  We work in central Iowa, basically in Polk, Warren, and Dallas counties. Other counties are available upon request.  An extra charge for going out of our base territory will be quoted at time of appraisal order discussion.  We do not appraise acreages, farms, or income property appraisals.
